  Brilliant, but the person behing the intercom cant hear me clearly. I blame the intercom.

  The only good thing about this place was the service from the carhop. Kitchen can't get orders correct, won't look at you when you come in the door, and the kitchen is a mess. There's litter everywhere too. The franchisee owner should sell the place or start with replacing the GM.

  They won’t even give you ketchup with your fries or tater tots. This isn’t directed at the employees but rather the corporate office. They cant even give someone one ketchup packet for free since they are buying something? Genuinely insane corporate greed fr.

  Only half the order boards ever work and they will probably break while you are ordering. The food takes forever and the tots and fries are always old and refried making them dry and hard. Ive been coming here for a few years because I work in the area regularly and like sonic but this store gets worse and worse every time I go and I dont think Ill be going anymore :(
