  Staff was rude, a drink in the order was incorrect and the fries were overcooked to the point of being basically inedible. I'll drive further north to the 64th and Sheridan location in the future.

  Have not been here in a long time but we wanted ice-cream. Placed our order the older waitress comes up to the car and said She did not know what shake was what. I grabbed the one that she handed me and I tried to smell it to see if i could tell since it was mine and my family's order, then she picked up another one held it close to her nose and tried to smell it. I did not say anything to her but they need to clearly mark items so customers don't have to try to smell which is which and the waitress taking it uppon herself to start smelling people's orders also just because a customer does.

  My order was completely wrong and then I had to pay and reorder and still it was wrong. Worst Sonic experience ever.

  Paid, checked in, waited 20 minutes, staff said they ‘don’t see it’ and refused to make it even when shown proof. Told to call support instead. Wasted time money and no food

  Really bad service I went to order in front of the building because my car window doesn’t work. When I go in order a lady answered and ask what I wanted. When I tell her all I hear is talking and seemed like she didn’t understand what I was saying. I waited but I didn’t hear no response. So I left. Never coming back. I wasn’t even able to order.
