Went through the drive through for a dozen and they looked pathetic! $17 bucks i was so upset but in a hurry to get back to work. Donuts were for someone's birthday, they will be disappointed!

- RTRodge TangSep 8, 20261.0I placed a walk-in pickup order through the Dunkin’ app. When I arrived at the store, there were three women working behind the counter. There were no other customers in the store at the time. I repeatedly said “Hello” and “Excuse me” because I simply wanted to confirm whether I could just pick up my order or if I needed to speak with someone first. The employees completely ignored me. They even looked at me at one point but still chose not to acknowledge or respond to me. I felt I may have been treated differently because I am Asian, the fact that all three employees ignored me despite clearly seeing me made me feel singled out and unwelcome. I understand that employees can be busy, but there were no other customers, and I was standing there trying to get their attention. Completely ignoring a customer who is politely trying to ask a simple question is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.

About 30 second later, I was having an allergic reaction, my mouth was swelling up. He looked like he was just going to wipe the top off of the drink, I told that wouldn’t work that the drink needed to be made again. He continued to talking over me saying nothing was wrong with it. I then asked for a refunded of my money, he told me he was not going to give me my money back and told me to leave. I asked from his manager and apparently he was the manager, slammed the window closed. One pulling out of the driveway I had to stop to take my epiPen.
