- TTThuApr 30, 20264.0Idk why but this location doesn't cook their fries long enough or their fryer heat gauge is off. The fries are always kind of soft, never crispy like what I'm used to with other locations. The sauces are always fire, so it make everything taste good though.
- JKJason KellerApr 12, 20264.03/20/2026: While my experience at this specific Chick-Fil-A Location was great, especially with the food and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant chain that S. Truett Cathy helped to popularize nearly 60 years ago, the subtraction of a singular star comes from the primary location of the Drive Thru, the tight nature of the drive thru requires a specific, sharp turn, in order to enter the drive thru, which is a problem, considering the location of the drive through near the entrance, and the entrance to the shopping center, this location is a hotspot for accidents, on my way into the restaurant, I even saw a car crash occur on nearby Sheridan Boulevard, which was likely a cause of attempting to turn into the drive through. Besides this minor burden, I found this one-time stop into this Chick-Fil-A, to actually be a pleasant experience, and yes, they don't underfill the Waffle Fries, unlike some statements conveyed by other reviewers.

The fries did taste like they’ve been sitting out for a little while and then on my sandwich they put more lettuce on it than anything else, they discriminated someone that was trying to reply here and work all because they did not match the race with the majority of the rest of the workers, when the girl with black hair came over to bring us our food, she did not even get us a chance to specify what else we needed. When there is something else that we did need, we added to them go over a few minutes later and ask for it.
