Went last Sunday for lunch. After the thing popped up on the screen that the food was ready and they were running it out, we waited 10-20 minutes, then we pressed the button and asked what was going on and that's when they finally ran it out. Definitely strange and not something I've encountered at any of the sonics back home.

The person that is taking orders over the intercom is extremely rude! They should acknowledge the customer and say they will be right with you but instead very rudly said I'm busy!
Then when taking the order was short , hateful and really needs to get some customer service skills , it's a Sunday at 350 and only 5 cars in the slots and 1 in the drive through
I understand being busy but being hateful and rude is absolutely uncalled for!

My large slushie had a fly blended in with it and when we returned it they seemed unapologetically and rude about taking it back I wouldn’t recommend this sonic the only sonic in Durango. Any sonic is better than this one

On June 20th my brother and I went through the Drive thru to place an order while we were ordering the girl on the speaker kept asking what lane we were in and we told her 3 times we are in the drive through lane, she got upset and shouted what lane and after realizing we were infact in the drive through she didnt acknowledge her mistake and rudely asked what we wanted. My brother who has autism placed his order himself as it would be good exposure for him to get a feel on how to be independent and help him in social environments. He ordered mentioning that he has a coupon for a free route 44 drink and wanted to use it and pay separately for the buger and fries. The lady on the speaker said go ahead pull up and didnt give us the price of his items. Once we pulled up to the window my brother gave the girl who has pink/purple hair (Kayleigh as it is shown on his receipt) said that "i would like to clarify that I am just paying for my fries and burger because of this coupon" in which she took his coupon and gave it to a girl with blonde hair in glasses who said "you should have said that you have the coupon in the drive thru, we can't accept it because its happy hour and drinks are half off." My brother then spoke up saying we did say it in the in the drive thru in which the blonde haired girl rudely said "sir im just trying to help you we can't accept it" which my brother is autistic he doesnt know how loud he can be and not only that I have a diesel truck it is loud sometimes you need to shout a little to be heard. After the blonde haired girl finished her sentences she rudely gave my brother his coupon and said "have a good day" and slammed the window with out acknowledging he did not receive his food. It took about a minute for Kayleigh (pink/purple hair) to give him his food in which it was a rude manner. I had him ask what both of their names were and the rudely stated "We do not have to give you our names" and slammed the window.
It is horrible how they treated my brother and not give him a chance to mention "im sorry I have autism forgive my shouting." It is upsetting that this is how fast they can jump to conclusions and that they most likely treat others with autism like this and others they have treated. My brother just wanted to try to live a normal life like others without autism, this interaction had caused a shut down in him and has negatively affected him which will destroy all the progress we have made about him learning social cures in order to help with his understanding of things and give him confidence about trying to live a normal life and those girls shut him down.
