  We went to Sonic's and the customer service sucks except for the one person was nice The drinks were overly sweet not mixed and missing ingredients and the dirty lemonade had no flavor

  Came in for lunch AFTER the normal lunch rush to avoid any issues, ordered our food. Tried to pay with card, machine wouldn't take the card and automatically switched to cash payment. When said food was on way, we sat for 10 minutes and it never showed before notification on screen said delivered. We never received our order. Employees were to busy gossiping instead of paying attention. Could be seen from the window. Very unprofessional staff especially if not making sure to bring orders to the proper stalls and customers.

  So late night at sonic. Not busy at all. Thought we would take advantage of them being open late. The money dogs were so old it was disgusting, had to go back for p ur order because the popcorn chicken bites were not there. Just really dissapointed with the food. Like for not being busy you'd think it would be nice and fresh, not disgusting and old and cold. Sonic has been a huge dissapointment no matter what time lately. Till they get ahold of their crews work ethic. Id highly suggest not eating here.

  I’m use to fighting with forgotten food, wrong drinks, all that jazz. But this trip they were ON it! Drinks were spot on, and clean. Food order perfect and fast. Friendly service. Mackenzie was incredible, and I appreciate them!
