  My usual Jimmy johns always overloads their sandwiches at the same price and this Jimmy johns does not put much on sandwich and horrible customer service

  I visited this location earlier this week. I will not be returning my business here. I genuinely don’t understand how a sandwich shop runs completely out of bread at 11:00 a.m. before the lunch rush even starts. This is Durango — a tourist town with constant events and unpredictable spikes in volume. Planning for higher traffic is literally part of running a food business here. The staff was polite, but this feels like a major management failure. If your signature product is sandwiches, being out of bread before noon makes the entire business look unprepared and poorly managed. It honestly came across like nobody accounted for basic demand forecasting at all. Pretty disappointing experience.

  I've never had to wait for bread before, didn't know that when I put my order in with a tip included online. Kind of crazy! It's not even lunch hour. I've already been here 14 minutes I finally asked about my order and found out it's going to be another 10 to 15 minutes because there's no bread! Got a notification my order was ready 6 minutes before it was actually ready, not impressed. I should of gone back to Bayfield to eat, I would of gotten food in my stomach sooner then waiting here! I thought they redeemed themselves by letting me grab a cookie. But then when I went to enjoy my sandwich there was barely any meat on there. I've had Jimmy John's many times before, it always has a good amount of meat to feel pretty full afterwards. That wasn't the case today.

  Went to get a sandwich today middle of lunch rush and the GM and his employee were absolutely amazing, quick service, amazing attitude and this sandwich is amazing !!

  A jimmy John’s driver stopped my store, almost on the other end of town with samples! No strings attached just enjoy and order jimmy John’s for lunch someday. The guy doing it was super kind and had good sandwich recommendations. In the past I’ve always received good service from this location and the food is always great!
