  Took over 2 hours to get my food (1 sandwich, 1 wrap, 2 drinks and a cookie). Seems to be an issue with this location with zero solution. I will stick to local restaurants while in town. Never disappointed with them.

  The younger girl at the register doesn’t even look at you when she takes your order. She ran out of cups and then she said she was gonna grab some. So I stepped aside hoping I would get my cup. 20min later she forgot about it. Ice was also not coming out of the soda machine. None of the employees have good customer service skills. They all look at you annoyed and as if you are an inconvenience. I used to like jimmy johns more than subway but damn subway is just so much faster.

  Absolutely terrible. I ordered my sandwich at 12:40. Got a message from my doordasher they were busy and would be 10 minutes late. Ok no problem. Then 15 minutes later get a message they ran out of bread... Excuse me??? you are a sandwich shop sandwiches require bread. I said fine I'll take an unwich driver waited another 45 minutes for my order to be ready. I love me some Jimmy Johns, But this franchise needs to be yanked from this owner. This is the worst service from any restaurant ever.. Again a sandwich shop running out of bread??? That's like a Mexican restaurant running out of toritillas. WOW
