  A Must-Visit Culinary Gem! 5/5 Stars If you are looking for an unforgettable dining experience, look no further! We chose this spot based on the glowing reviews and enticing menu, and it exceeded every single expectation. Despite arriving at 6:00 PM without a reservation, we were immediately seated, which was a wonderful start to the evening. The decor is simply stunning—tasteful, beautiful, and creates the perfect atmosphere for a special night out. The Service What truly elevated our night was our server, Orion. He was phenomenal! From the moment we ordered drinks through to our final bites of dessert, he was engaging, professional, and genuinely interesting. He has a wealth of international travel stories that made the evening feel so personal. Do yourself a favor and ask for Orion! The Drinks & Meal The attention to detail here is world-class. I started with the Designated Celebrator mocktail; it was refreshing and beautifully presented with a fragrant twig of rosemary and a bright lemon twist. For the main course: • The Elk: My wife’s 7oz elk was a triumph—incredibly tender and cooked to absolute perfection. • The Salmon: My dish featured perfectly prepared salmon topped with trout roe and accompanied by earthy root vegetables. The flavors were sophisticated and balanced. The Grand Finale We couldn’t resist the dessert menu, and the beignets and crème brûlée were the perfect sweet ending to a flawless meal. This was truly an unforgettable experience. We are already planning our second visit! Highly recommended!

  I love visiting Eolus whenever I visit Durango for business. I loved my meal so much this week, that I went back the next night for the same dinner! I ordered the beet salad with the petite tenderloin and it was delicious! The atmosphere is moody and elevated and the service is always great. Also love their extensive wine list!

  This place was absolutely fantastic. Everyone from the owner, to the chef, to the wait staff were so friendly and provided great service. We had an exceptional meal here, the food was delicious and such high quality. You can tell that thought and care was put into each dish by the chef, who was lovely and answered all of our questions. Since we had a large party i got to sample many items and my favorite was the duck. Great place, definitely don't miss it on your visit!

  This place was spectacular. Luke was our server and he was the best! Everyone was very attentive and the food was delicious. We got sushi, wagyu, steak frites, Brussel sprouts, lobster Mac… my kids loved all of it . Some of the best food we’ve ever had and we’ve traveled a lot. Can’t get over how friendly the staff was. They were all amazing. No complaints at all. We will definently be going back.
