- IAIndigo AdaraAug 3, 20265.0Best dinner I’ve had in Durango. The flavors in the food were well balanced and beautifully presented. I would say standouts, but everything we got was wonderful. (We did make one alteration on a special to accommodate a dairy intolerance, and the dish was good, but not as fantastic as the rest. I would recommend sticking with what already accommodates intolerances, as the flavors are clearly well thought out.) The server was kind, and the atmosphere was lovely. For “fancier” dining, the portion sizes were on the larger size (Not large, but not only a few bites.) Unfortunately, there was a large private party, so our mains took quite a long time (the server apologized several times) but the restaurant itself was pleasant to spend time in- so it wasn’t a major issue. Just something to keep in mind when planning a night out. It will definitely be added to the rotation for special occasions!
