  The Durango Dunkin Donuts is poorly managed and this poor review is a long time coming after continuous orders being incorrect for the last year and a half and a recent terrible experience with a young brunette girl who stated she was the general manager for the last 2 years. We come to Dunkin Donuts almost daily. Its quick, affordable, and we like the coffee, however there are several issues at the Durango Dunkin Donuts. 1. Remove the Blueberry Muffin from your menu. You never have any made. Why have something on your menu that you never have.Revenue for the muffin must reflect your poor sales. 2. We order the same sandwich daily. Bagel with egg and cheese. Frequently we are given an English muffin or bacon on it, ice cold food, or an item from our order is missing completely. We either have to drive all the way back to get our food corrected, warm it up at the local gas station, or let them know it was missing the following day. 3. Constant system issues. They can't take drive through orders but they can take online orders or they can't take drive through orders but you can walk in and they can take your order. 4. No eggs, the manager stated she forgot to order eggs. After coming daily and being continuously told they have no eggs, she said she didn't order enough eggs. 5. Long Wait Times. This is fast food. Not gourmet food being made from scratch. Why does food take so long to make. Also, one of your employees asked us to wait 10 minutes for him to take our drive-through order stating he was very busy. This time frame to take a drive-through order is UNACCEPTABLE. We go through a drive-through for FAST food. The final straw for me to write this Google and corporate complaint is due to the incident we had with the young brunette girl in the morning who stated she has been the manager for 2 years. What is odd is supposedly the guy who walked off the job weeks prior(one of the employees shared that story with us)had stated that he was the new General manager( post new owners). Dunkin Donuts Corporate will receive a more detailed incident complaint . Main complaint is the General Manager refused to replace a missing item from an order 2 days prior. Once we advised we would file a complaint she almost started crying and stated she is giving us 25 free munchkins and asked us to pull forward to the 2nd window. When she gave us our food at the second window she stated again, " hope your enjoying those 25 free munchkins" First off we NEVER asked for 25 free munchkins. We asked her to replace a missing item from our order 2 days prior. She took it upon herself to give us more then what we asked for then had a verbal tantrum and rudely put it in our face as if it were our fault she gave us free munchkins. We shared the munchkins with our dogs who thoroughly enjoyed them. 2nd- Nothing was FREE except the extra munchkins given to us. Originally we paid for the Missing Item that the manager forgot to put in our bag. Dunkin owed us for what we paid for. Third- You call yourself a manager and have no skills to to make a decision in customer service. This was a quick fix that escalated into a very unpleasant experience for the customer and manager because the manager wanted to dispute a missing Donut. Fourth- you gave us raw bacon. Luckily we order the bacon for our dogs but if it were for us it would be disgusting. Good attendance, service years and knowing the menu doesn't make someone a manager. Invest in your leadership so they can invest in your employees and your internal business processes and ethic. Going almost daily for close to 2 years, we have seen high turn over rate and constant errors. Can't blame the employees for poor business practices. That comes from their leadership

  Slow help. And inaccurate orders. No interest in Dunkin rewards offers. Luckily able to get back rewards spent but not credited in store. Kid was nice and friendly but didn't pay attention and had to keep asking what we ordered. There was only one other person behind us and they got there's right away with a complex order. We had 2 regular coffee and a donut. Hard to find good help I guess.

  I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich, and it was dreadful. I also ordered omelet bites, or something like that, and they were much worse. Never again.

  More than once I've just left because the drive thru wasn't moving, then going inside where nobody was receiving service... The coupons are just too good, and they keep me coming back.
