- AVAnthony Ventura4 days ago1.0Worse dunkin donut store on the planet. 20 minute wait. Nobody in drive up yet still had to wait. Somebody needs to take it over who knows how to treat customers. Atrocious
- EDEmily DawnJun 28, 20261.0This was my first time at this Dunkin Donuts location and the experience was horrible. I dont recommend this location at all. There was 2 girls, one was new and the other was a dark haired woman. The dark haired woman was super mean to the new girl and us. The dark haired girl accused us of staring at her and kept saying they were busy. There was literally one other customer and one car in the drive thru. The other customer asked what the issue was and she got super mouthy with him and told him he needed to come back there and help them. Like I get being busy as someone who works with the public but that is no way to talk to a customer. We ended up leaving and going to restaurant next door which was Freddy's and they very accommodating.

How do you have one person working?? The last time I was here, the staff was extremely rude. Definitely won't be trying again.
- BWBrittany WestJun 6, 20265.010:10 at Dunkin 6/6/26 There were two women working. One was working the cash register and coffee and the other was doing breakfast items. When I got to the register and ordered omelette bites, the lady couldn’t find it. The 2nd lady came and pressed the omelette on the screen very intensely and said “you have done this before”. Soon after the 2nd lady started yelling at the other lady -I need help over here! You aren’t doing your job basically and this is a team. She was yelling so loud every customer could hear her. It was super unprofessional and disrespectful. Everyone was staring. I would watch footage. I told my husband “I would walk out if someone talked to me like that” and lo and behold 1 minute later she was still screaming at her and then she walked out and left. I don’t blame her, nobody deserves to work in an environment like that. It really was not even that busy. I do understand it is difficult with two people especially when one is newer and needs some help. However, she was spoken to horribly and I feel really bad for her. Im still giving 5 stars because our items were good, but someone should look into this employee.
