  Very rude staff. The second I pulled up,the man working rolled his eyes at me. Mind you I placed my order an hour before they closed...anyways it just went downhill from there. Had to wait for someone to greet me, apparently the female sweeping the floor with her earbuds in was FAR to invested in cleaning floors to even acknowledge my presence. As if that wasn't enough my order took FOREVER for the stated reason that "chicken that was the regretchicken takes longer to cook. When I placed the order I wanted to order the grilled chicken but changed it to fried knowing grilled chicken takes awhile and they were closing in an hour. I ordered 2 burgers, tots and FRIED chicken salad...the , where they remained ⅐mkoy it

  Convenient kiosk ordering. Great crispy chicken sandwich. Fries were bagged and sitting on the counter at least 5 minutes before the sandwich was ready, though, and were cold. Staff should use the heat lamp or bag the fries last.

  Today we came in an seemingly interrupted the crews breakfast, but they hopped up to serve the incoming crowd quickly. We ordered for five, spending a little over $60. The server who kept bringing the food kept putting her face within inches of each plate to see what the food was and speaking with it that close still- trying to find who it belonged to... yuck. The food was always shoved towards us, without any smile or eye contact... the server immediately turning around after the food was handed off. Each time she brought food it was either made incorrectly, or missing something& worst yet- arrived cold. When I would inquire about the missing item or how something was made she would roll her eyes and not offer any sort of commentary, just cold and full of attitude. I was frustrated, but she was treating the entire restaurant this was. I thought- maybe she was having a hard day BUT she seemed fine laughing and exchanging words with her coworkers. At the end of the day this is just a burger restaurant, but when paying that price, in this economy (and tipping these people on top of it) you expect some kind of hospitality & compassion. 0/10 for too many reasons to count.

  Let me start off with we came in to the restaurant and got greeted with the WORST attitude by the cooks and the servers due to us being a party of 10. We sit outside in a table which was a huge mess. We gave it the benefit of the doubt since we had been traveling 3 hours. When the server is wiping the tables down she purposely ignored our table, and another couples table. I go in and ask for a rag to wipe our own table down, the man who was taking our order refused and said he would send her back out. She comes back out and wipes down the same 2 tables more than 10 times. Completely walks off and does not wipe our table down. Elat this point I’m confused because I said I CAN wipe my own table off, I’ve been a server before and this has been the worst experience I’ve witnessed. I go back in to return my sisters burger that had bits of bacon when the burger didn’t come with bacon and she expressed she was allergic to bacon. I grab a rag as well to wipe our own table off, the same server who was ignoring us is bringing out the food with the SAME gloves she was wiping the DIRTY tables. The worst experience ever.
