- RJRandy J6 days ago3.0The food was good for the price but the lady behind the counter wanted a tip just for taking our order. I don't like tipping when there is no service given. The restaurant itself was very clean so great job on that but the tipping really throws me off
- ASAva SimoneJul 1, 20261.0This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. We dined at 7pm on Wednesday July 1st. We ordered our food for Togo, watched it get prepared and put on the pass with a ticket on it, and then proceeded to watch it sit there for 40 minutes getting cold, and only was given the completed order after asking if it was ready. 40 minutes it sat there, while we stood in front of it, nobody called our names and nobody asked to check on which order we were waiting on. During that time, we observed the “manager” or expo verbally abuse her staff and customers. She was extremely rude to a family about a simple miscommunication, it seemed as though there was a language barrier and she had no patience. She was rude and disrespectful to every. Single. Person. I saw her interact with. Her staff members looked like they were holding back tears. I have worked many customer service jobs as well as food service and the behavior shown tonight was inexcusable. I would highly recommend reevaluating your staffing needs and if this person can fulfill them.

Easily took 30 minutes to get my food and multiple people that ordered after me were served first. I'm sorry, you're closer to McDonalds than a full service restaurant. You shouldn't expect a tip and being a petty child about it. Will never be back.
