We are waiting for 30 minutes keep in mind we are the only ones in the store so we think this is weird, we go to check our order by the kitchen the guy is walking around humming a song then has the audacity to tell us our order didnt go through!! He forgot our names and faces in less than 30 minutes. Never coming back I wonder why you guys dont have any customers!!!

- GWGene WMar 22, 20261.0I placed an online order for a 20 oz latte, upon getting to the store to pick up my order there was a 16 oz cup waiting for me, I brought that up to a manager and she replaced it with 20 oz cup that was filled only half way. I left both cups at the counter. If a customer orders a 20 oz latte and only gets 10 oz in the cup, does that sound right? If your answer is no, please refund me my money for the latte I never picked up. Thank you.
