  I was having a super rough day, and I decided I was gonna be the one to order for me and my fiance today. The guys here helped me out with everything, and though it was a small gesture it really meant a lot after such a bad day. Big shout out to Shaq and Adriana. Thank you both so much

  I would honestly give them a worse review if possible. I ordered a door dash order and I got extra ranch from them which they charge extra for , around a dollar or so. I got my door dash and had 0 sauce even when the ticket on the side said at least 2 ranches. So we drove 20 minutes back to this wingstop to get the ranch and expected to get at least 1 more ranch than 2 as the order said since it was THEIR mistake. We showed up and asked what looked like to be the manager ( lady) if she can give us the ranch and she said “ do you have the bag” and I told her no but i have the ticket that says the location and at least 2 ranches , she dead looked at me and screamed saying we can only give it to you if you have the bag. I proceeded to ask for more than 2 ranches since we went out our way for their mistake and she screamed in our face saying she’s only allowed to give us 2 . The treatment there was absolutely HORRID. Everyone has an attitude and they treat customers extremely poorly. This clearly hasn’t been their first time with a situation like this since I read the other reviews before writing this one. They need to treat their customers better . I would never come in to this one again . I hate that manager , I’m already having a horrible day

  The wings were really fatty and un-rendered. There was barely any sauce and the wings were just sitting in oil. I had to put them in my oven to render more of the fat and add my own sauce. At that point, I should have just made my own wings!

  Came into this location and ordered a 20 piece boneless meal for two, I left with my "completed" order only to find out before I was about to leave I had 10 of my boneless wings. I probably wouldn't have left this review if she offered me a brownie or something, horrible management imo. I'll never go back to this wingstop.
