- HThis thoughtJun 27, 20261.0I came in and witnessed an intense argument between two employees I was greeted, and then placed on hold while she tried the manager I’m assuming to quiet the employees who were arguing…. One employee stating that the gentleman was lazy and he did not know how to work and that maybe he should work with them more often so they can show him what Work is and then his response to that was I’m tired of you continuing to ask me, can you do this for me? Can you do this for me? Can you do this for me? He’s like I have my own job to do. I’m not gonna be doing your job too. The Manager continued to request that they’d stop. I just wanted to order my 10 piece well-done bone in all flat lemon pepper 🤤…… I was there with another customer who was also just waiting for her pick up order I was given the wrong order my wings were wrong not flatssss lol ….. it continued to be combative between employees all the till my order was complete.

I don't think docking 2 stars is fair for too much seasoning and possibly a batch of classic wings that were probably pulled seconds early. Also, the new sweet heat chamoy is hella good. If you like chamoy and tajin, you're in for a treat! The tenders and boneless wings over my last several orders were good if not great. However, the classic wings have been bad. Gummy skin. Yuck. They are using WAY too much Cajun seasoning on the Louisiana Voodoo Fries and this is why the 3 star rating. It's bad. I've even called and asked to go light on the seasoning and it's still way too much. The other location I go to doesn't do that. The Cajun seasoning at this location is clumpy and not a fine powder like at the other location. Yes, I still go here. Lol. Wings are a way of life. I love the voodoo fries so much. I wish they would correct the seasoning issue.

Upon calling, they asked me some questions, but they assured me they would make things right. When placing my second order, there was some confusion, so I was worried. Once I arrived, the folks there went above and beyond my expectations! Thank you, team! 🙂
