  Horrible experience today. The woman working refused to greet or assist us. When I asked if my completed order was on the counter, she barely answered and looked at me crazy. I dropped one smoothie trying to get her attention..when she finally acknowledged us, I asked if the smoothie could be remade, she said “idk” and walked off very annoyed. I did ask to speak to a manager or for a card and was told no but to go online. What is happening with customer service? Stop hiring people who hate to work.

  I have visited this location a few times and every single time the morning staff is unfriendly and unwelcoming. The "Gen Z Stare" is strong here.

  I’ve ordered several times from this location and it’s always good. Service is always quick and the smoothies are consistently good. It’s a small location so not quite a hang out spot but for take out it’s just fine.

  I visited earlier today around 6pm, the girl who took my order and the guy who made my food were amazing everything tasted great. But the sewage smell coming from the bathroom into the lobby almost made me lose my appetite. It's a shame that such great workers have such poor work conditions.

  Don't be in a hurry when you stopping by. Even if you order online. Smoothies on counter ready to go, you still have to wait even if no other people are in shop.
