  Such a relaxed space. Service is spectacular. The food was disappointing unfortunately. While the presentation made everything appear delicious, everything lacked seasoning. I've never had such a bland hollandaise. The dessert however was delicious. The tiramisu cheesecake was rich with coffee flavor, and the strawberry shortcake ice cream cookie sandwich was a favorite of the whole group.

  A cool place to eat. Very nostalgic. Very creative in re-purposing old school items. The burger and fries were really good.

  Hotel restaurant that seem to be okay. I grabbed a salad which was pretty awesome. Price seemed reasonable for where I was. I really wasn't impressed with the service. This is one of those places that automatically add gratuity for groups of six or more, initially we didn't notice that and tipped on the tip, but before we return the receipt, we noticed our oversight. Our servers seemed quite annoyed that we were not going to double tip, and refuse to reprint a receipt, as if it was the biggest challenge in the world. Perhaps they need to reevaluate who they're hiring for this place. Otherwise it was okay.

  It’s a nice hotel restaurant with decent food and drinks. I ordered my burger medium rare, but the center was raw ground beef. I ate around it. Aside from that, the burger had good flavor and the fries were excellent.

  I can't tell you how the food is, because after 1 hour and 30 min, we never got ours. We walked in at 5:30 and it took about 30 min to place our order. We had a 730 show at the Bellco Theater. We couldn't find our server and asked another server for help at 645. That went in one ear and out the other. We saw tables that were seated after us getting their food and some eating and leaving during that time. Finally got our server at 655 and he looked at us like he had never seen us before. At 705, we flagged him down again, and again it seemed we were giving him brand new information. Pretty sure he just never put our order in. No apologies. No trying to make it right. We left, grabbed a really good hot dog at the Convention Center concessions and saved ourselves at least $75. Bummer because I love that hotel, but clearly the restaurant is not concerned with feeding their customers.
