  5 Stars for Patricia! She really helped me out late night one night. There were two other employees I wanted to shout out who helped me the next day, I believe their names were Jerran and/or German. This is actually the only taco bell I eat at now.

  What can I say about this place? Nothing nice what so ever. As I arrived I put my order in on the kiosk. There were several people waiting for their orders. No big deal. I see an employee come to the register and act like a complete diva and walk out through the crowd and left. This little lady with glasses( I didn’t catch her name) was left to do all these orders on her own. I waited about 30/40 mins for my order but before I got my order the employee that walked out came back and very rudely yells EXCUSE ME to some people waiting for their orders. He/She goes inside acting all snobby and doesn’t help anyone. He/She then turns around slams open the door almost hitting the customers , walks through the crowd and sticks his/her hand up and yells MOVE! Then stormed away. His/Her name was “Autumn“ Someone like that should not be working in customer service in most people’s opinions. The food was terrible, the tacos were salads by the time we sat down to eat them. Overall it was a horrible experience,.

  First review I've ever written. If there is anyone waiting, pick somewhere else. Waited 40 minutes. There were missing items, sauce packets, and drink. After asking them to fix, there was still a missing item, and no drink. The chalupa shell was super tough and hard to eat. I didn't eat the cinnamon twists. Majority had no sugar nor cinnamon.

  I went in today at 2:30pm when it wasn’t busy and waited for 45 mins. I then had to leave to catch my flight. I would like a refund since I wasn’t able to get my food. Also employees just standing around dancing.

  Missing food, sour cream not added, no sauce packets Took 20 minutes to get food. While employees were just standing there, cracking jokes with each other. If I don't get food poisoning from here, I will be surprised. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!
