  I paid to add lettuce, tomato, and sour cream($1.60) to the chicken flatbread melt to make it like a deluxe chalupa but not fried. This is what I got. Not only did I not get any of my add ons but I didn't even get a full scoop of chicken. It's just sad looking and I ordered 3 of these. That's $4.80 I paid for nothing and I got skimped to boot. I know you're high and underpaid so you don't care but it's Taco Bell not rocket science, do better guys.

  If would be possible I would give this location a -10. For the record I was there for a job interview at 11am and showed up at 10:50am, I went straight to the counter and informed the worker that I was there for an interview. At which point she goes and calls another coworker and she proceeds to tell me that the manager is in the back at which point I go and sit down and wait. By 11:10-11:13am a female worker calls me to the counter along with another worker standing there. They proceed to tell me that the manager is NOT THERE. that they just hired 5 new workers and they don’t think I’ll be needed. First off, they were VERY RUDE AND HIGHLY DISRESPECTFUL TO MAKE THE CALL THAT I WONT BE NEEDED. second of all, why wasn’t a manager at this location and do they just let their employees talk like that to anyone. Also they were speaking in Spanish to each other the whole time which was another form of disrespect. I believe that whoever is in charge of this location please review your cameras and put your workers in better training for handling customer service. I felt disregarded and disrespected. I believe that the girl that spoke to me with too much make up on should be retrained and placed somewhere where customer service isn’t required. She was RUDE! I’m listing the time and date of this incident because if nothing is done I will repeatedly post reviews until this is handled. Today’s date was 5/8/2026 between 10:50am-11:13am. I was wearing jeans and a black shirt. This type of behavior is ridiculous and to know that the company allows this type of behavior is appalling. I believe that if the manager was not at the location and the manager that was supposed to be there allows their workers to just make calls without proper authority should HIGHLY BE A FOCUS point. Because rude workers turn an establishment into a bad location.
