  Honestly just Doordashed for the first time from here and was not pleased with experience at all the dasher and I both waited 45 minutes for the order to be prepared only for it to arrive and my chicken bowl have no chicken 🤦🏽‍♀️

  Entire staff ignored me and watched me stand at the register for 20 minutes knowing I wanted to place an order and was only catering to spanish customers that walked in for pick up ignoring others as well just walked out hungry

  Fresco style means NO DAIRY and add tomatoes. I’m vegan and I don’t have anything else to eat but these bean and rice burritos drenched in CREAMY jalapeño sauce. It’s not rocket science

  The workers are SO RUDE THEY GENUINELY HAVE NO RESPECT I was in line for the cashier and there was lady then a disabled man then me in the line and we were standing there for more than 20 minutes just waiting the lady tried calling someone over and they kept ignoring her then she ended up leaving VERY FRUSTRATED the disabled man and me were standing and a lady came up and talked to the people BEHIND US SHE SERVED THEM TOOK THERE ORDER BUT WHEN IT CAME TO US SHE SAID NO even after the disrespect we still waited no one came and I left OVER ALL RUDE DISRESPECTFUL AND WHEN I TOLD THE WORKER TO SERVE THE DISABLE MAN BECAUSE HE HAS BEEN STANDING FOR SO LONG HE SAID ITS NOT MY PROBLEM AND THIS A CONSENT PROBLEM FOR THEM THEY ARE RUDE DISGRACEFUL AND HAVE NO MANNERS DONT GO HERE

  I mean it's taco bell. The lady that helped me was super nice which is why I'm making this review. Customer service is a lost art and so appreciated when it's given genuinely. The mangers here should be proud
