  Used to be able to come and get nacho fries in the morning now every time I've came lately no nacho fries. Is there a new process or is this just employees being lazy?

  The cashier Lissette took my order and rounded it up without asking me first, and to get my proper change back I had to ask her to take the round up off that I never agreed to and had to ask for my receipt as well. This is so unprofessional and it’s theft. This happened at 2:48pm on Friday July 3rd through the drive thru. 1 star ⭐️ terrible service and terrible experience

  Hours state that this location is open til' 4am. We showed up at 12:10am after putting in a mobile order. When we got to the drive thru the AI robot said that the location was closed. Why allow your mobile app to take orders AND MONEY when the restaurant isn't even open?!

  I wish I could rate this place. I'm in the drive through and can't go anywhere. They said their system is down so I'm stuck here until all these people move. Poor taco bell very poor. There needs to be a manager here doing clean up with the clients that are out food and about half an hour of time wasted. FYI this isint the first time I have had to wait this long. Fix you processes andfix your store. Poor.
