  Where are the regular people that used to work here . New people are rude , slow and can’t even understand me , nor speak English . They deserve no stars .

  Came here with a $2 promo that said usable via web or app, would not be applied even though you could see it on their system. I removed it and tried to use my gift card, once more on the app, and it would not accept it either. Like what is the point here? Do you all just not accept promos or gift cards? This is ridiculous and frankly, unacceptable if thats the way you do business. The employee said they were trying to update their systems, but the store has been closed for some time due to what seemed to be repairs or updates, so what exactly happened that you can't get your processing systems working properly?

  Beware of extra scam charges at this location. I was asked to confirm I wanted ham on a turkey and ham. I said yes. Next thing I know, Im paying an extra $6 at the register. I was told I ordered extra meat. When i disputed it with the manager he doubled down on it and said there would be no adjustment of the order. At no time did I ask to have them put extra meat on the sandwich. They apparently dont believe their prices are high enough for subpar sandwiches and feel the need to scam their customers. Ive been coming here a couple times a month but I wont be back after this. Sorry, you lost a customer because of your fradualent tactics.
