  I ordered four #9 footlong hot dogs—two with fries and two with tots, with one of the tots upgraded to chili tots. Unfortunately, there seemed to be some difficulty understanding my order. The employee taking it had a heavy accent, so I’m not sure whether she was having trouble hearing me through the ordering microphone, understanding what I was asking for, or if the equipment simply wasn’t working properly. What bothered me most was that while I was trying to explain the order, she let out a very noticeable sigh, as though she was already frustrated with me. I understand that customer service can be exhausting, people have bad days, and faulty equipment can make a simple interaction unnecessarily difficult. If any of those things were happening, I genuinely sympathize. But from the customer’s side, I was simply trying to place a fairly straightforward order and make sure I received what I was paying for. Unfortunately, my review today was not on the food but the customer service. I’m not leaving this review to insult anyone or make someone’s day worse. I simply hope a little more patience and care can be given to the next customer. Sometimes the employee needs patience from us—and sometimes the customer deserves a little patience too. Whatever was going on today, I hope your day gets better.

  Felt very rushed. Service wasn’t great, didn’t feel cared for and not heard at the speaker when ordering. Missing food and get charged as if I’m receiving everything I initially ordered. I was given everything in one bag stacked up so it made it a hassle to look through the bag and make sure I wasn’t being shorted. I wasn’t given a drink holder for the car when it would’ve shown a bit of consideration.

  Sonic sucks- all the food has changed. Nothing like it use to be and pay more for the food that you don’t really enjoy like before. Onion rings have lil batter now where you can’t even bite into it and crunch …its slides right to the slimy onion-very disappointing. We will not be going back anymore!🤦🏽‍♀️
