  Worst Sonic I’ve been to in my life. Counter didn’t speak English well, had me waiting 2 minutes between each item, I had to tell them I wanted an ocean water slush 8 times and they still tried to give me a grape one for some reason and the slush wasn’t even mixed at all… Girl at the window had headphones in and was rude and awful. This has tainted my sonic experience honestly…

  Went to go pick up an order and the lady inside told me to go around through the drive thru, So I do and she's just sitting there talking to two other coworkers. I know they knew I was right there and waited 10 minutes to receive my order after another coworker had to come from the back Absolutely ridiculous!!! Do better Sonic

  Didn't bother to mix our ice cream. Customer service is zero stars. Stalls are closed after 10pm and it becomes drive thru only.

  Ordered ahead and arrived after the ready time suggested in the app, 3+ other cars next to us came and went while we waited for 30+ minutes for 5 drinks, No Food. I called after 10 minutes, they claimed to be busy, 2 workers including call taker walked off shift half way through the wait, finally went through drive thru to get order and the order had been overlooked and ignored the whole time
