  They messed up my coffee order, don't know how Cold Brew Iced Coffee is interpreted to be "Hot Coffee" but fortunately the employee was very courteous and apologetic about the mix up and made the correct drink.

  The staff was very rude and snotty I ordered mozzarella sticks and they charged me for every sauce and they also charged me for ketchup also they charged me for waters and said no refills for water then they blamed their bosses for charging for everything and they need to train there staff some respect and customer service like never going there again and I recommend people stay away as well!

  I went to sonic and i order a slush and and blast and when I went to the window to get my order a girl with purple Hair and thin brows gave me my order but I wanted extra stuff on my blast she told my automaticly no and told me that they charged for extra but she said no and then told me that like I wouldn’t mind paying extra for the stuff but she could of have said that she would charge me extra for that and I would not have mind worst experiencia ever like if you don’t like talking to people or don’t know how to just make the orders like i don’t know why it’s so complicated

  They seem to be having problems waiting for longer than normal to order anything.

  For some reason this location is consistently behind and I spend on average of 15 to 20 minutes waiting to pick up an online order which had been previously submitted. There's food quality issues as well, but the biggest issue is long wait times.
