  I feel ridiculous leaving a review for a fast food place, but after coming here for years and just constantly getting served subpar food it’s time. I imagine the only reason it hasn’t closed is because people come here thinking/hoping it’s going to be to the Sonic standards that brought them here in the first place. Well it’s not. Save your money and go down the street. This place is so disappointing. Whether it be disregarding your order details, forgetting sauces, exploded mozzarella sticks, or half filled drink/ice, this place is a wreck. It almost got better earlier in the year. I see they decided to go back to mediocre food + drinks.

  Waited 10 minutes for a soda and 2 pup cups, was shorted 1 of the cups, and waited another 5 minutes for my change ans the missing pup cup

  You guys advertise a menu for 1.99 items, and when asked several times for certain items from said menu we kept getting rebuffed, and told we'd have to pay more than whats advertised. Ended up leaving without spending a dime. What's the priority here?

  I got a smasher burger meal. It was cold and hard. I got it late last night so they were closed and I had to return the next morning and ask for a remake. I brought my food back with only 1 bite out. I never got a paper receipt. At the window they said I needed a paper receipt. I ordered in the app so I showed the digital receipt. She said she cant take it and refused to remake or refund. They are scammers. I will never come to a sonic again. I cant trust them, if they make a mistake you wont get your money back or a remake

  Just waited at the stall for 9 minutes to get my order taken for a lady with a heavy accent to tell me “we’ll be with you in a minute” and then no one ever came back! Ever! So I left! I gave one star for service because 0 stars wasn’t a option!
