  This place is garbage. Their food is always terrible, takes forever, ice cream machine is always broken and their employees are so rude-you can barely understand what they're saying.

  Had a very tiny mixup with my drink, Francisco, lovely man that he is (with a wonderful smile!) fixed it for me, no problem! Thank you, Fransisco!

  I really enjoy coming to this Sonic Drive-In because it’s close to my house and has always been a quick spot for me and my family.. I’ve lived in this neighborhood for three years, and I usually keep my order very simple, just a kids meal and a lemonade slush with cherry flavor added. Unfortunately, over the past three months, my order has been consistently made wrong!! When I politely ask for it to be corrected, I’ve experienced rude behavior from one employee in particular (eye rolling, closing the window mid-conversation, and not fully listening to what I’m saying.) Even after explaining, she would bring the drink, often comes back incorrect again, sometimes taking three or four tries to get right. It’s frustrating because the order only has two ingredients, and I’m not sure where the disconnect is. The customer service has become very disappointing. There is one employee I’ve had positive experiences with, but I don’t always see him working. I’m sharing this as honest feedback in hopes that things improve, because I used to really enjoy coming here.

  Awful food, and the employees in the store didn't care at all. My husband and I placed separate orders on the app to be able to use 2 coupons. He goes to get it and they say they don't have my order, to check the location. Location was right, so he asked again, showed them the app and they said it had already been picked up. Picked up by who? No one knows. They refused to remake the order, had to call customer service for a refund. The order we did get was awful, the burger buns where super hard, and the burger was super dry, with 1/2 the cheese stuck to the wapper. Thankfully it's not the closest location to us, just the one on my husband's way home from work. We will not be back.
