  The service here deserves negative stars. I ordered and didn’t get my food for 30 min and that’s only after I got up and asked someone, they then brought me the wrong burger. I asked for it to go, they gave it to me for dine in so I asked for a to go bag and she brought me a box. When I asked the bartender for a water I was told “you have a server” and she walked off. The server then approached the guy next to me and didn’t even acknowledge me before she left. Worst experience ever.

  TLDR; slow service, food takes long time to come out, and when it does, the food is cold The other reviews are accurate in that the service is slow, do not come if you have a long connection. Ordering and the servers are nice enough and went smoothly, biggest issue is the food. Food took forever to come out, and by the time it arrived, the burger and fries were lukewarm at best. It was evident that the finished orders just sat under a heat lamp for a long time, and surprising to see so many servers walk by it and see a backlog of orders piling up. Saw many other customers leave without getting their foods bc they were going to miss their flights.

  Tha workers were lazy. All they did was sit and talk and eat. Took me 15min to get my food to-go.

  Not sure how my food gets delivered from the kitchen before my server brings a Dr Pepper or how a 15 min wait before your first human interaction is a good system. Ordered food waited 15 mins for my server to appear. At 16 mins my food is delivered. 80% finished with my food and finally a server brings my long awaited Dr Pepper. Great food bad service. Edits for typos.
