- MMMaryMay 10, 20262.0Horrible customer service from new employee & manager. Staff seemed to care more about making their own meals. Waited 30 mins for food to come out wrong.
- LLLukeMay 10, 20261.0I was greeted by a woman who let me know she was new. We waited 25 mins for 2 burgers while the restaurant was empty only for both orders to be WRONG. When I let the staff know I was met with an attitude like I had done something wrong. The new employee rung the orders up wrong but either way the orders were still made wrong based on how she rung them up. The manager came out eating food he had made for himself & we had to wait another 10 mins just for a refund. 0/10 would NOT recommend.

We waited a month of Sunday's for our food. Fries were cold. The burger tasted like bad beef. It was a horrible experience. This location clearly has gone down hill. They need more help and to step up thier game. In and Out is cheaper and better. Will not be going back nor to any other locations.
