  It was not bad, and if you are craving a smash burger and fries then it will get the job done. Was a pretty big burger and a good size side of fries.

  Don't waste your money here. Ordered at kiosk, upcharge for smash fries, surcharge for credit card. Confusing system with kiosks and confusing lines. Burger was small and lukewarm. Fries half filled and not fresh. Waited for order to be made, so it should have been hot. Overpriced and underwhelming. I should have picked the McDonald's nearby.

  Least organized place I’ve ever been - line and waiting space clumped together, ordering kiosk only partially aligned with menu, order numbers given to customers but not staff, orders dispensed at unmarked gap between drinks displays so you have to cluster to hear names called. Hilariously bad design

  Save your time and go to McDonald’s for a burger instead. It took over 45 min to get our food. Food was cold and stale by the time we got it. We could see the kitchen and food was just being let sit there for long periods of time. Tables weren’t being cleaned. Staff was arguing amongst themselves. Waitress snapped at a customer that was wondering why food was taking so long. Just save yourself the trouble. Subpar food and long wait time isn’t worth it.

  Man… The bartender has to have been the rudest bartender I’ve met. (Her name starts with a M. I won’t include it because Google is now removing reviews with name mentions.) So much for hospitality. I ordered through the QR codes that are placed all the way around the bar because I’m in a hurry to catch my flight and she didn’t acknowledge me for 5 minutes. When I told her that I ordered through the QR code, she said, “Well you might as well tell me what you ordered because I’m your bartender.” So I tell her what I ordered and why I used the app. She still takes her time to get my drink. When she brings it back, I say thank you still trying to give her a chance. No response. So I reply, “You’re welcome,” for her. She continued to ignore me the rest of the time that I was there. She was as nice as can be to everyone around me. I understand why they don’t like the QR code. It doesn’t allow the user to enter a tip (which should be fixed), but I also just stopped at the ATM. So for her to assume was ridiculous. This was the end result due to the service. Also, if you don’t want guests to use it, don’t put them on the bar. Thanks for a great start to my vacation.
