To go and to go kiosks are a complete chaotic mess. No one to speak to; customers all confused. Use your stanchions to make sense of it, not create a fence. In the end the meal was a terrible dry burger in a greasy wrapper and my order was 100% wrong. Not doing that again.

Not respectful it allergies like other locations. They just blew me off when I tried to inquire and let them know I have celiac. They handed me a burger with gluten contaminated fried in the bag and just expected me to accept the burger was gluten free -- or not even that. They simply ignored my request for any sort of assurance. I asked them to remake it and they just took the fried amount if the bag and gave it back to me.

Kathy at the Smashburger in Denver International Airport deserves special praise. I was about to be served a bag of French fries that clearly were not warm enough. Kathy noticed, understood the problem immediately, and had the team make a fresh, hot order instead. That may sound like a small thing, but anyone who truly understands French fries knows they are fragile. They only have a few perfect minutes: hot, crisp, and fresh. Once that moment is gone, fries cannot really be repaired. Kathy knew that. She cared enough to make it right before I even had to make a big issue of it. In a busy airport, where everyone is rushing and it would be easy to let things slide, she showed real attention to quality and customer service. Thank you, Kathy. You made an ordinary airport meal feel carefully handled and genuinely appreciated.

We were really disappointed with our experience. We came in wanting to dine in, but the hostess told us there were no tables available—even though we could clearly see open tables. While we were waiting for our pickup order, we watched multiple small parties (one or two people) get turned away, while a large group behind us was seated without an issue. This happened more than once, which made it even more frustrating. It didn’t feel fair or organized, and honestly took away from the experience. Turning away smaller groups when there are open tables just doesn’t sit right.

My husband just walked up to ask the employee got ketchup and she says with an attitude, "You have some in your bag." then she turns around and walks away. When he came back and told me I couldn't believe it and I went up there myself because we needed ketchup. I swear this girl acted like she was the ketchup police or something. So I walk up and there is a customer in front of me at the kiosk. The customer asked if he could pay cash and she tells him, also with an attitude, that he compare the register. She motioned him over to the register. Then she snaps at him and tells him he has to cancel the kiosk order. While he's doing that, I again asked her for ketchup and she also had an attitude with me and told me it was in my bag. I told her somebody gave us french fries and we needed ketchup. So then she says okay and tells me she has to finish helping his guy. So I wait. She gives me three packages. I tell her thank you but she didn't hear me so she again, with an attitude, says you're welcome. I yelled back that I told her thank you and to have a nice day. This person is completely awful. I cannot believe anybody would hire her for customer service. She needs to work behind a keyboard somewhere not talking to any customers at all.
