- MTMarc TofstedOct 2, 20261.0"THE COFFEE'S IN THE CORNER!" That's what I was told when my $40 two sandwich order FINALLY came out and I asked about the coffee I ordered. The sandwich was good, the fries were MEH, and the coffee was refreshingly tepid and thin as dishwater. BTW, the coffee person is in the corner, they don't have self serve coffee, so that tepid coffee cost me another 5 minutes standing and waiting.

Very frustrated that this "surcharge" isn't just rolled into the cost listed on the menu like everything else.

Two beers and the service was so bad from the King of Bartending he made fun of of my $2.00 tip due to incredibly poor service with like 10 people in the bar area. Sad!!!

They put the device in front of you that shows the total and suggested tip amounts. The percentages are based on the total including tax, which is not how to percentages should be calculated. You have a choice to be shady or not, and in true airport restaurant fashion you chose shady.

At the Denver Airport, I had an overpriced, dry and crusty burger on a cold bun. I didn’t want the fries but had to pay for them anyway. I had to ask twice for my wine and was not offered water with my meal. Even though my server was pleasant. I was given the wrong order and had to ask for it to be changed. I thought Smashburger was going to be awesome but I was really disappointed and won’t go back.
