If that’s even his real name I will be asking for whoever is working at this time of hour answering the phone in customer service with a Spanish accent I don’t even know if he’s legal to be working there.
- CWCynthia WellbrockJul 24, 20261.0BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT AUTO REFILL AT THE PHARMACY. I was prescribed a medication starting with "Jar" and filled it at their pharmacy once per month for a few months. I DID NOT - I REPEAT - DID NOT put it on auto refill because my doctor was only testing to see if it helped. It did not so my doctor took me OFF that medication over a month ago. After serious surgery I was prescribed a different medication. Because I can't drive my neighbor went to pick it up for me. UNBEKNOWNST TO ME the "Jar" medication had been filled and was waiting for pickup. My neighbor didn't know I don't take it anymore and she paid for that - iit cost $153.00!!! I called the pharmacy about THEIR mistake putting it on auto refill and was only offered a $50 Gift Card!! This was THEIR mistake and now all they will do is talk to the store manager about it. I have lived here for 22 years and spent thousands of dollars on prescriptions and despite my loyalty they are not making this right. BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT THE AUTO REFILL - it's a rip-off and they will get you in the end.

Am I supposed to open the boxes to count for myself? Store inventory and Safeway app are out of sync. App said sliced bell peppers, Lucerne Cottage Cheese, Oscar Meyer Deli Ham and Premier Protein Strawberry were all in stock...none to be found. Really poor selection in chicken thighs today.
