She helped me at the service desk and when I went to the seafood dept she showed up to assist me there too! All with a smile. Safeway would not need to do surveys with friendly workers like Chenetha. Please thank her and give her a gift card

Multiple folks told me one thing and the next person I would talk to would tell me they were wrong and something completely different. Got hung up on as well when getting "transferred". Corporate told me the whole store was out of paper towels. They were not.
- RCRey CardonaJul 27, 20261.0Having shopped at this store for a number of years, its becomming a consistent experience of the staff being extremely rude to how they interact with customers. In my visit today, I had a gentleman badger me multiple times to sign up for Safeway's Sincerely Health program. Although I declined multiple times, he continued to press that I stop to speak with him about the program. It took at least four stern "no thank you" responses to get him to drop it. Following that, I walked into the portion of the store with walled off items but attempted to leave without having selected anything to have different gentlemen demand I check out with him. I responded that I didnt select anything and had more shopping to do, but again he continued to press that I check out with him or he look through my cart. Its unbelieveable that multiple employees will hassle you if you are just walking through the store and/or attempt to grab something like a bar of soap in a walled off region of the store.

We told him what we were looking for, he went to the back and few minutes later came back with a 12 pk, he was even nice enough to go back and get us a second one. Thank you.
