- ECeduardo cantu6 days ago2.0I don't understand why i have normalized a very disrespectful treatment from the ham/chicken department guys, specifically David, I'm a regular customer that spends 180 usd/week (or more) and this guy treats people awfully bad. i know i am not the only one complaining about him, i don't understand why regular customers that spend money here we have to deal with attitude from people like him. To be fair, there are some other employees that are lovely and great. (or at least they don't treat you bad)

There was nobody in line, but he was speaking with a friend. I stood there for a few minutes and they both acted like I wasn't there. Even when I turned to leave, they continued to ignore me. There was one guy stacking fruit who was very kind, but he didn't have answers to any of my produce questions. The store was clean and the lines were short which earned it two stars, barely!

Security stopped the man and told him he got kicked out and had to leave. That's fine. Well they then tell me to "get out of here". I have never stepped foot in this location... I came in today to buy food, and because I have mobility issues, I was using one of the store's motorized carts. While browsing the aisles deciding what to buy, the manager on duty singled me out, aggressively told me to "hurry up and get out," and called the police on me. I wasn’t yelling, shoplifting, or causing any disturbance whatsoever. I was a paying Black customer quietly shopping with a mobility disability, yet I was treated like a criminal simply for being in the store and taking time to decide on my groceries. This wasn't a misunderstanding—it was pure, targeted racial profiling and discrimination. Calling law enforcement on a customer using disability accommodations to shop is utterly vile. Management needs to be held accountable immediately.
