- LPLindsey Pesci4 days ago1.0Avoid at all costs. I won’t be shopping here until they get rid of their abusive rude employees especially Drew. Go to King Soopers or literally anywhere else where the staff doesn’t treat you like an enemy. There is no customer service here only customer harassment.

I walked in got greeted by security which was very nice. I asked where the restrooms were located he said you have to ask the lady with the vest for the key. I politely walked up to her and asked can I get the key to the restroom? (Did Not give key) she was just standing there monitoring self-checkout at the time. At that point She told me start walking straight back to where the restrooms are I'll be right there! in a rude tone. Long story short she was rude. Did not get her name. Unfortunately she had no name tag on. Didn't end up purchasing anything from this store after all because of her rudeness! She was wearing glasses curly curly hair half up half down blonde/grey hair. All I have to say is she shouldn't work in customer service if she doesn't like serving people. Time 10:30 May 1,2026 She worked at self-checkout also # 3 Cash register. She should go to customer courtesy class again And learn some manners. Will never come here again!
