- EWEric WakefieldSep 24, 20261.0Agreed, Pricing at the register is by far so much higher than advertised. I also got lectured for having more items at the self check than the maximum 15 items. Then the next time I shop and had 20 items in my cart I waited in a long line to have the staff ring up my items then I had to bag my own groceries while the cashier stood there doing absolutely nothing and seemed to get inpatient waiting for me to put away my wallet and waiting for me to bag my own groceries. This wasn’t the first time this has happened but it’s definitely the last. I’m finished shopping at this location & Safeway all together.

- SSSmols SwansonAug 28, 20261.0The shop and deliver employees over stuff the bags and when they inevitably tear they blame the door dasher. The bags are torn as the employee hands it to the door dasher. They double bag but that doesn't support 4 2 LITERS OF SODA. GET CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND COMMON SENSE TRAINING! YOU'RE WASTING FOOD AND CUSTOMERS TIME! I am sure this is a result of the employee seeing I was a disabled person. I went back inside after a tea burst from the sodas collapse. I found the same employee to ask for paper towels to clean up the mess his negligence created. Instead, he asked me to find someone else. THANKFULLY, the cashier was there to give me a box of paper towels. Now I have tea spilled all over my vehicle. Please retrain your employee on customer service. If a door dasher cant lift a bag without it breaking then the customer wont be able to either.
