  Great local store for groceries and everything convenient. Has a parking lot. Reasonably priced items. Not many other options within walking distance, especially if carrying bags.

  Their website claims that the deli is open until 9 pm. It's not and I'd come here for nothing. If only there were a way in this age of information, to quickly update said information, so it can reach everyone right away. Like through a website or something. ... seriously, this is patheticly inadequate.

  They have their Pin Pad scammed I’ve never had an issue paying in others stores until I went here, They save your card info and use it. The next day someone used $200 from my card. NEVER EVER has this happened to me before! Unbelievable!!! Not a safe place to shop!!!!

  This is the closest Safeway location that participates in the Double Up Bucks program for SNAP. I've been treated with rudehostility each time I've tried to utilize the program coupons. The rules online and on the website specify one coupon per transaction, NOT one coupon per day. There's a particularly abusive cashier that has taken it upon herself to insert herself into each effort I've made to use the coupons, regardless of whether I was at her checkout. The program gives you a $5 coupon to spend on fruits and vegetables when you spend $5 with your snap card. It costs me $4 to drive here and back home. I'm not willing to be abused to save $1 when I wouldn't have gone to Safeway to begin with unless there was a benefit for me, the customer. This cashier, Terry (sp?), after the manager approving me using 2 coupons in the same day (which is still less than what the program says it allows) said she was going to "have to tell him we don't do that!" I called the 1-800 number to tell them what was going on and was assured that's not acceptable for customers to be treated that way and that the store manager would definitely reach out to me. He has not.

  The worst store ever. I was standing at Customer Service with 3 employees. The manager walked up and said I need to see you two now. The other employee was standing here on the computer and when she got done, she just walked away like I wasn’t even there. Didn’t say anything and even attempt to assist me. Ten minutes later, they came out still no acknowledgment, just conversation with themselves. One of the first people who went into the room, finally asked what I needed and took my money for a money order. Then I had to wait again, while the lady who was on the computer finished some report.
