- HHHussain Haqq1 day ago5.0What an experience! Food was great! The ambience was perfect! And the historic nature of the “Bank”/Renaissance Hotel was amazing! Oh, and both Charmaine & Komal were excellent waitresses. They were both personable and very attentive to our 16 people party.

Entrée we have the bison New York strip, which was cooked perfectly and was so delicious! Also had the dry ribeye that turned out to be fantastic. Waitress Komal took care of all our needs. I was very attentive the entire service I would have.

I had a clumsy moment and managed to spill my coffee all over the table and the floor. Before I could even finish apologizing, my server, Valery, stepped in and saved the day. With a warm smile, she simply said, "No problem!" and smoothly guided me over to a fresh, clean table so I could enjoy the rest of my morning without any stress. It is rare to find that level of grace, efficiency, and genuine hospitality. The food was delicious, but Valery's quick, kind response turned what could have been an embarrassing mess into a great experience. I will definitely be back!
