  We came here for the first time as we are on vacation in Denver. This place was super nice ! Our server, Charmaine, was awesome ! She was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations! We the got the NY Strip and Lamb Chops. Both perfectly cooked ! Will definitely come back one day.

  With the recommendations from Charmaine we started with the love salad & French onion soup (it was VERY hot), got our main course we had the elk rare & wagu medium rare - so good. We shared the Brussels sprouts & ended with the flourless chocolate torte. Lundon was on top of clearing th me dishes & keeping the water flowing. I would happy return & have this meal again.

  We love coming here, food is always delicious. The service is impeccable and this time was no different. Our server Charmaine was attentive, knowledgeable of the menu items, and a delight. We ate light with soup and salad, but don’t let that fool you, the portions were perfect and the taste… amazing

  Located inside the Renaissance Denver Hotel in downtown. I randomly came across this restaurant since my brother and I were craving steak. I honestly read the reviews and was curious. We got the smoked trout as an appetizer, it was really good but I expected it to have more of a Smokey flavor. If that makes sense but still really good. My brother and I both got the ribeye and my s/o got the New York strip. As steak lovers from TEXAS, we all three enjoyed our steaks and thought it was not only cooked exactly as we asked but seasoned perfectly and the sauce that comes with it? Spectacular. We all agreed we would definitely come back here again. Such a delight that we stumbled upon this place last minute! As for the sides? The brussel sprouts were sooooooooo delicious, whatever flavor they put on it? 10/10 Mashed potatoes, great but disappointed in portion size! Mushrooms? The only true disappointment in the entire meal, did not love the flavors. It was saved by dipping it in the steak sauce that came with our entree. We also all got a cocktail, I don’t remember what my brother and S/O got, but I loved my old fashion. It was perfect for my taste buds - others might differ. Honestly a great place to eat steak, prices were fine, between $60-90 a steak depending on what you get! There’s a separate lunch (much smaller) and dinner menu so make sure you get the right menu! Personally me, I loved the ambience and atmosphere. Small restaurant and low light and dark restaurant, pros lot big fan. Our server was really really nice as well! I noticed a semi very small dining room that was tucked away in the corner that’s good for maybe 6-8 people, and I’m sure they could push tables together but honestly up to 4 in a party is good enough, not a huge restaurant.

  We celebrated our engagement by staying at the Renaissance Hotel and added on the Distilled Dividends whiskey package. It included a voucher for two CNB Old Fashioneds at range (or Teller Bar in the hotel lobby). We made a reservation at range for 6:30pm on a Tuesday, and it was incredible. From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcomed and cared for. Sean greeted us and struck up a conversation that felt warm and genuine. He was awesome and guided us throughout our entire meal. The hospitality was unmatched; our server Komal was professional, kind, and very detail-oriented. The GM Paul was outstanding and cared for our overall experience (he had even politely helped me with my reservation before we had arrived). We have since told anyone and everyone who has asked about range and will continue coming back. Thank you Sean and Paul, and the chefs and service staff at range, you truly made our engagement celebration a memorable experience.
