  Missing half of our order, tiny pizza for the price. Driver asked for a PIN number, which we never got from the app, and then ran off. I had to call twice for him to pick up and he acted like he didn’t know that our wings were left behind. Said he’d be back and never showed up. 18% tip for…this?? Additionally, the help number to call for Pizza Hut “can’t be completed as dialed.” It’s the number the app provided. SMH.

  Ordered a pizza 1:06pm on 8/17 to only wait an hour go by and still haven’t received my pizza. The app said estimated around 1:31 still nothing. I call the store 2:01 to cancel my order to only get told by the store manager my pizza is still sitting there waiting for a door dash driver to pick up and deliver. I just told the manager I would like a refund. So I hope I get my money back

  Ordered arrived 30 minutes late, cold and with missing/incorrect items- likely due to the fact they use a 3rd party for deliveries, DoorDash. They do not disclose this prior to placing your order which if I had known would NOT have ordered. I attempted to call the store regarding this concern and was given the run around and transferred to someone else who again gave me the run around. I was offered either a store credit or remake of my items to which I say who in their right mind would order TWICE from a place who already messed up the order the first time?? What I want is for you to disclose that you are using a 3rd party for deliveries IF your store does not personally offer delivery. Disappointed and dissatisfied.

  The white heavy set woman attending our family to pick up an order made a rude comment about how we didn’t make a tip when paying. She has no reason to force people to try and give tips especially when her service is poor. I hope you find someone else to work there because we go so often and I wouldn’t want to return if she’s there
