  One of the worst pizzas I've ever received. Plus missing 2 , $1.99 sauces and an entire drink. Horrible service too. Heard the lady pick up the phone, talk to her girls, and put me on hold for 15 minutes.. total BS. Corporate should be at your store soon.

  I have the Pizza Hut app and use it all the time. They always do a good consistent quality pizza for a great price, especially when coming out of work and bringing it home. Always great service and the manager is always very nice.

  I had a very large order (24 pizzas) that I needed delivered to a very specific spot downtown at a very specific time. I ordered it a few days ahead and was a little paranoid about getting it on time. I spoke to the general manager, and he assured me that he would put one his best drivers on the order. Certainly did not disappoint. I had similar orders from blackjack in previous years that had been late and cold AND more expensive. This Pizza Hut delivered right on time and the pizza was a great quality. The driver was very professional and kind. The general manager was great very good experience and I will use them again next year for the same order. Can’t say enough good things.

  I saw someone smoking inside the building, which already felt uncomfortable, but it got worse when they started using slurs loudly. It created a really tense and unsafe atmosphere for everyone around, especially since people were clearly within earshot. The situation felt inappropriate and disrespectful, and it’s something that shouldn’t be ignored in a shared space where people are supposed to feel safe and respected.

  Service was the saving grace to this experience. A 15 minute order took 30 minutes to prepare. I contacted the restaurant with menu questions before placing my order. I was told Sunday was their busiest day of the week and they were very busy. This communication prepared me for the possibility of a longer wait as I resolved to order. I did have a special substitution request which I did not have the option of communicating when I placed my order in the app. The cashier was attentive to this request, identifying my order when I arrived and intercepting the prep in the kitchen to accommodate this. Pizza Hut food is standard; an employee being concerned and attentive enough to an individual customer to accommodate a special request under the pressure of a busy order status is a stand out!
