  After being taken the wrong direction three times by Google's maps I finally found where I was going and I was very late and didn't realize that they had tried to text me and let me know that they were out of my pizza so they had not charged me and they did not make it when I got there having the day that I had already had the man was very kind and realized that they did have one more of that pizza in stock that they could make and he did not charge me because of the mistake and the time that it had taken to even figure out that I wasn't going to get a pizza this was a blessing because it really had no money I was in town watching my grandson be born and I was more broke than I even knew it really helped when I needed gas the next day and didn't know I was totally broke

  The New York pizza I received looked like it was made days ago absolutely disgusting. I called and they said no refund only credit or remade. And then they put me on hold forever and then hung up. Such a waste of money and time

  This Pizza Hut employees a delivery driver that posts your personal information (Phone, Address, Las four of CC#) to her social media if she doesn't get a tip.

  Don’t ever order from this store I hope you read this before ordering. It will be late and the order will ALWAYS BE WRONG DONT ORDER 60$ for cold pizza and wrong order. Also management don’t bother replying your BS comments about so sorry and never fixing anything isn’t needed. Also you can never reach anyone at the store just their customer service
