  I placed an order to feed my large family and an hour after I placed my order they notified they were out of some items I ordered. When I called to see what was going on i was transferred to speak to the Manager “Jennifer” immediately she was very rude and condescending she said “ I don’t know what’s going on with your order and I can’t do anything about because we are backed up” when I asked for a refund she said “I had to wait there was nothing she could do because they were backed up” I had to go to the store in person to demand my refund. Jennifer is a sorry excuse for a manager and does not have the proper skills to be dealing with customers she wouldn’t even come out and speak to me once I arrived. This location is not worth the trouble. Order from some where else as they do not value your time. My poor delivery driver sat there for over an hour waiting for an order that was never completed

  No idea how this place is and never will cause this place canceled my order for no apparent reason even tho we ordered 3 hours before close. If it was close to closing time and I had ordered without realizing I would have at least understood. These employees have no desire to do their job. I know Pizza Hut is not losing any money over just losing one person business but frankly im disgusted

  June 12th 2026 Eric had great customer service. Literally came back from a 6 month mission overseas first thing i wanted was pizza my order was lost but Eric customer service skills came in play and he worked on my order asap and made my night. 10/10 customers service give him a raise or some brother for real the best

  I’m not sure who cooked the pizza last night (simple pepperoni stuffed crust), as it was a delivery, but this was my first time having a Pizza Hut pizza as I remember it as a child when Pizza Hut was in its prime. An adequate amount of sauce, enough cheese to melt over the pizza, crispy pepperonis, and delicious flavor over the crust. Just a kudos to the cook, the team, and please keep up the great work!

  My chocolate chip cookie is all burnt, called the store and they offer me a $5 credit when I almost paid $9. I live 40 mints away and no way I was going to drive back for a $5 credit. The girl who took my call was very rude and very unprofessional. After this I went online and read there reviews they are horrible. I told the rude clerk no wonder your store has bad reviews and she said I wonder why are you even buying food from us.
