- NCNatalia ChavezAug 26, 20261.0I’m extremely disappointed with this Pizza Hut location. My sister’s order was canceled yesterday, so she called to simply ask why the order had been canceled. The person she spoke with was Jennifer, who is a manager, and the way she spoke to my sister was completely unacceptable. Jennifer was reportedly cursing at her during the phone call and became so confrontational that she even threatened to “pull up” to the job to fight over a pizza. What makes this even more shocking is that she is a manager. It’s crazy that someone in a management position would speak to a customer this way and make threats over a simple order. Customers should be able to call a business and ask questions without being cursed at, disrespected, or threatened. There is absolutely no excuse for this kind of behavior, especially from someone who is supposed to represent and lead the employees at the store. Pizza Hut management needs to take this seriously and address how this situation was handled. A pizza order is never a reason to threaten or intimidate a customer.
