  I got my order to go. Rare beef pho. It was excellent as always. I always eat Pho from here every time I am in Denver. Lots of noodles and beef and jalapeños etc. it is one of my favorites. The pho has a great flavor.

  The food was good, but my lasting impression was the server hovering over me while I was filling out the tip on the receipt. It felt like she was monitoring how much I was leaving. I typically tip 20%, but having someone stand over me while I completed the receipt felt uncomfortable and unnecessary.

  The rare beef and brisket pho was top tier! The broth was so flavorful and well seasoned—It really didn’t need any extra additives. I also loved the cream cheese rangoon! It was fried to perfection and paired so well with the dumpling sauce. The pink lemonade was very fresh and refreshing, not overly sweet. 10/10 The service and atmosphere were both phenomenal.

  ⭐ 1 Star This was a serious and unacceptable experience. After ordering from this restaurant, my family discovered a live fly inside one of the spring rolls while eating. The incident raised significant food-safety concerns, and we were unable to finish the meal. I contacted the restaurant promptly, reported the issue, and requested a full refund. Resolving the refund has been unnecessarily difficult. I spoke with several individuals who identified themselves as managers and received inconsistent information. Although I was eventually told that the refund had been processed, and a manager left a voicemail confirming that it had been submitted, the refund has still not appeared. The presence of a live insect inside prepared food is a serious matter. I gave the restaurant multiple opportunities to address the situation, but the response and refund process have been inadequate. I hope the restaurant reviews its food-safety procedures and improves how customer complaints are handled.

  Wow ok... idk what what this was. I used to come here so much they knew me by name and order. This time coming was horrendous? All 8 servers are at the front podium talking like high schoolers, barely greet you, sit you down, take your order and once they bring you your food that's the last you see of em; and then they ask for a tip lol. I will say I sat next to a Vietnamese girl (I'm half Vietnamese btw just doesn't show THAT much) and they stopped next to me to check on her twice lol; looked at me and kept walking. After I was going to walk out one of the workers turned the corner and we where walking towards each other, and played a game of chicken basically, he didn't even bother trying to move so I didn't either at this point I was already annoyed and we almost ran into each other. Also! This USED to be one of the best pho places, The noodles were kinda chewy and the broth was absolutely flavorless. They did give a good amount of meat though
