  The food was really good and the pho itself deserves a good review. However, my experience with one of the waiters Twang made me uncomfortable. He repeatedly sat next to me during my visit, which felt inappropriate and crossed personal boundaries while I was trying to eat. Guest comfort should be taken seriously. Relentlessly flirting with clearly uncomfortable guests is extremely unprofessional and made my experience very uncomfortable.

  The restaurant charges an 18% service charge for large groups. This was not disclosed to us. It not listed on the menu and it was not disclosed verbally by our server. While we are unopposed and understand that a service fee ensures servers are compensated fairly, failing to disclose it is dishonest and leaves us paying over 38% in tip. I’ve worked as a server and know that tips are important but this is deceitful, unacceptable, and disappointing. We enjoyed the good. The service was quick. I just hope the restaurant is more honest in the future.

  The food is good, but they try to scam you for tips. I suspect wage theft is happening at this business. Very shady about charging an 18% service fee but still expecting a tip, even prompting you to do so with a % guide like any check at a restaurant that does NOT include a service charge.

  This place is amazing, I came in during my layover at DIA and was amazed by the food quality, taste, and the SERVICE! I accidentally ordered the wrong thing and Tuan made it right, every server was super friendly and helpful. They take very good care of you Here and give you such amazing quality food and massive portions! I got the Shrimp Pho

  I've eaten here before and I will again because it's close to the Gaylord and I work there frequently, though I will say every experience I have had here has been incredibly mediocre. I have been eating pho for 20 years and I've been a pro line cook & I am a total foodie. Everyone says their favorite pho spot is the best and I think that's because it's easy to have a great experience with pho. Most places, however, don't makes the broth from scratch, and these places are going for quantity over quality. Pho 92 is a prime example of this: they have brusque turn & burn service, their broth isn't any better than your average hot pot joint, the meat is clearly at the low end of acceptable quality, and there's nothing particularly vibey about the digs. If you want cheap, SUPER FAST, and something hot to shove in your feed hole, especially if you're stuck out by the airport, go here. If you want REALLY GOOD asian food, go elsewhere. That all being said, my food just arrived and I'm happy it's here.
