The food is ready when they estimate, the order is accurate and I am treated nicely when I arrive to pick up the order. The topping quantities are appropriate and quality is good, for the price. Some other fast food franchises have compromised on both, but I am glad that Papa John's has not given into the trend.

Pizza box was sealed appropriately but when I opened the box, the toppings had been shifted during delivery and were barely on the pizza! Just wish it would have been handled better.
- EEEthanMay 23, 20261.0Major food safety violations witnessed often. The workers, mainly the heavy set female pizza maker, are hanging outside smoking cigarettes with their aprons on. Food safety 101- aprons should never leave your station. Especially to use the bathroom or go outside. Let alone smoke while wearing one. Common knowledge gives me suspicions that hands are not being washed, and hygiene and cross contamination are not being practiced. But I guess for cheap, low quality product, you get what you pay for.
