- EEEthanMay 23, 20261.0Major food safety violations witnessed often. The workers, mainly the heavy set female pizza maker, are hanging outside smoking cigarettes with their aprons on. Food safety 101- aprons should never leave your station. Especially to use the bathroom or go outside. Let alone smoke while wearing one. Common knowledge gives me suspicions that hands are not being washed, and hygiene and cross contamination are not being practiced. But I guess for cheap, low quality product, you get what you pay for.
