  The pizza itself was fine but the delivery of the pizza was not. I understand that you use Door Dash now for delivery, but this is unacceptable.

  I’ve given this location of Papa John’s multiple chances, but unfortunately I won’t be ordering from here anymore. The store consistently feels dirty when you walk in, which is really concerning for a place that prepares food. On several visits, there has also been an employee whose appearance and hygiene made me uncomfortable about the cleanliness of the kitchen. It has honestly gotten to the point where I stop in to check if he’s working, and if he is, I leave without ordering. I don’t enjoy writing negative reviews, but cleanliness and food safety are basic expectations for a restaurant. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the overall cleanliness and standards at this location.

  I see why there is a 2.9 star rating. What has warranted a $1.50 increase on the papa bowl when you don’t even get a FULL ONE anymore?!?! Literally half the bowl is missing if you push it together!!! None of it was eaten… that is literally all that was in the bowl! Order wasn’t even ready when it was supposed to be… hadn’t even started it when we showed up at the time it told us to be there. This is why I am done tipping any type of food service BEFORE receiving the service!! People think they deserve a tip for half the service. Won’t be back!! Rather go get a thin crust from Dominoes at this rate and eat the toppings off of it.
