  I did an online order, when ordering it didn't tell you it was going to be a long wait. I waited and finally after an hour decided to try and call. I get it, its Friday and they are busy but I waited over 20 minutes on the phone and no one answered. I finally got a bit fed up so I drove over to the store. The person at the front looked very frazzled and told me oh your order just went in and it should be another 6 minutes and apologized they only had one driver. I waited and more and more people showed up. The frazzled worker decided she wad uncomfortable and switched with someone in thr back. After 20 minutes I hear them mention my name. It took 2 hours to get my food. There were 8 total people working, Im not sure how they got so backed up or couldn't even answer the phone. They didnt even mark my order as complete and a dasher texted me stating they were waiting at the store for my order. Very disappointing experience at this location. Not sure if I want to go back at this point. They didnt even offer any discounts, coupons, freebies or refunds. I should be refunded my delivery fee and tip, since I ended up being the driver.

  See I'd be leaving this for the Belle Creek location in Henderson Colorado but they've unfortunately closed so you want to know a good way to lose business is to get rid of the something that works. I am referring to the any 2+ for $6.99. This was our favorite in a pinch go to for weeknights and your corporate tunnel vision cut that out much like the Belle Creek Location. I'll get pizza elsewhere going forward. Thank you for saving us a trip and taking our money elsewhere tonight.

  The food can suck and the service is good you’ll come back. The food can be really awesome and the service sucks and you won’t come back moral of the story I’m not saying the food sucks. I’m just saying Brandy is a type of employee that will have you come back.

  I’ve ordered from here a lot over the years. But 7/30/26. They must have been the worst two pizzas I’ve ever had delivered in 50 yrs. I’d be embarrassed to serve what came to my house. $65 for two pizzas that were made by a third grader. I might never go back.

  I wanted to take a moment and express my gratitude to Brandy at the 120th location in Thornton. After spending a few days in the hospital with my husband for a major abdominal surgery, I was exhausted and very hungry, I just wanted to get my pizza and go home. My debit card wasn’t working properly, and before I even tried to call my bank, Brandy just went ahead and said the order was on her tonight and it truly made my night and warmed my heart. I am not usually on the receiving end of these things but wanted to give Brandy the credit she deserves for amazing service and being a kind human in this crazy world. ♥️ kindness is still out there. Thank you brandy
