- ACAK CHJun 11, 20261.0I would give this location a negative score if it was allowed. Ordered for pickup went at the end of the pickup window i was told, 35 minutes later I finally got my order after being told over 5 times that its in the oven and it will be 3-4 minutes. Then it was I am getting it all cut and put in a box, still had to wait after being told that over 10 minutes. Asked how much longer and was spoke to very rudely. Meanwhile the whole time I am there one of the employees was talking very nastily about another employee not there and was very loud about it too. Very unprofessional and in front of clients that is very unacceptable. We will be going elsewhere with out business from now on. I will drive to Broomfield to get Papa Johns if we really want pizza from this place.

Just went through your online ordering service and it took me through every step of every piece of information you would ever need from me in order to order a pizza. But then you get to the very end of the ordering process and you're trying to pay and all of a sudden when you click "check out"and that's when it decides to finally tell you the store is closed and not accepting orders anymore for some reason at 6:08 p.m. on a tuesday!

I believe there was only 1 person working at that time. Customer service was great. Very respectful and attentive. Obviously there is better pizza out there but this was good that day. Cheers!
