  The employees at this store have really bad customer service. Honestly, most of them seem like they don’t even want to be there. Management should hire people who actually know how to treat customers and do their job professionally.

  I came to this location twice horrible service. There's a significant language barrier and two many ppl trying to complete one assignment. The lack leadership too much talking and a lack of focus.

  Travel carefully, because at this place you don’t get what you order. I simply ordered a Chicken McGriddles combo with a hash brown and a medium-sized coffee. During pickup, I was told they were out of McGriddles and hash browns, and they asked if I wanted to replace them with something else. I said, no, please refund my money. While I was waiting for the cashier, the same person came with a bag and said she had a chicken sandwich but no hash browns, and asked if I wanted to replace them with medium fries. I accepted that offer, but it was a big mistake— the taste was horrible, and the pancakes were used to make sandwiches.

  I've stopped here with my kids on 2 different visits to CO. The first time was great - we got everything we'd ordered. The 2nd time, they forgot to give us sauce for the nuggets and fries which we only discovered that when we got to our gate. Kids were a little grumpy.

  My husband and I went there for lunch when we arrived in the city. The place was practically empty, yet they took an incredibly long time with *every* step of the process. The person at the register didn't even make an effort to understand our order—which was very simple—and, in the end, it was delivered incorrectly. All of the tables were dirty. The food was so cold that the cheese hadn't even melted; the fries were ice-cold and completely unsalted. I don't think anyone at that place does their job properly, because not a single step in assembling our order was executed successfully.
