  McDonald’s is a convenient option for a quick meal, especially since this location is open 24 hours. The menu has the usual fast-food choices, and the prices are reasonable for something simple and quick. The food was okay overall, but the quality can depend on the time of day and how busy they are. Service was average, and the place can feel a little rushed at times. Overall, it’s fine if you need something fast and familiar, but it’s nothing special

  New owners refuse to serve customers if you're not in a car (walking or biking) and the lobby is closed. Classist discrimination at its finest.

  McDonald's in Denver Co is nothing like the McDonald's I went to as a kid. I was nieve but there was not security needed and they did not lock the bathrooms. The McDonald's on Colfax and Pennsylvania treats everyone like criminals and the women don't respond to English. Also I can not see to use a kiosk and I want to ask for what I want and get it. Get it my way but I never do. The prices are almost as high as the places that are safe and probably have less rats. Sorry mcdonalds but you are not what you use to be. The food still makes me feel happy but I can't afford it. And mom used to take us to mcdonlds when she was broke and we could all eat for the same price as a single person now. A burger should be $1 not what it is.

  I couldn't cancel an order placed on app. So unfortunately I had to risk going to this location again. I reviewed this location once before. The same thing your food is not prepared well and disgusting. I hope you all have the opportunity to find new employment. 300 S Broadway location has adherence to standards and proper food preparation and when to not serve food that should be disposed. To the response below with the link. Complete incompetence. I have completed the feedback before and no follow-up. I always order using the app and still nothing. Again, hope you employees and managers here have the opportunity to find new employment. Best resolution is to always go to 300 S Broadway location.

  I don’t eat fast food often (the last time was about six months ago), and I save my cheat day for a McDonald’s 6-piece nugget Happy Meal. It was very disappointing to receive food that tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours instead of being fresh and hot. There wasn’t even a slight crunch to the nuggets or the fries. It felt like a waste of money and a waste of a cheat day. I don’t understand why McDonald’s would choose to serve such low-quality food at the same price others pay for fresh items—prioritizing quantity over quality. I will not return to this McDonald’s location, as this experience shows that the staff working at that time do not care about food quality. I’m sure employees make it a point to eat fresh food themselves when it’s their turn to eat.
