  Did not get the managers name because she refused to give it to me. Today on 05/14/26 @ 10AM I placed an APP MCDELIVERY order. ONLY to have to PICK it up on my own. The manager on duty. Was rude and inconsiderate. She did NOT address my issue of NOT having my order delivered after paying fees and tip. She proceeds to be even more rude by saying that for these "types" of orders I needed to come INSIDE the building. As if they already didnt mess up in the 1st place. I expect a full refund or I will be going inside the building and speaking to the one above you(.)

  La atención es pésima , ya van 2 veces que vengo a esta hora , y las que atiendan me tratan mal , que verguenza , que nunca están de ánimos estas señoras!!!

  I have only had my order given to me wrong once or twice ever, until I came to this McDonalds which I come to out of convenience for lunch near where I work. They screw up my order, with no exaggeration, AT LEAST, every other time I come here. If I wanted to spend my entire hour lunch break at a McDonalds I'd apply to work there again. From someone that worked at a McDonalds for their first high school job, you have to actually try to be this bad at your job. Spend your money literally anywhere else unless you want to have to take a trip back to the store so they can grill you about what you ordered and wait, again, for food that is almost impossible to mess up.

  Customer service bad, I was waiting to pay and the employees was there talking each other. And she look at me but never asked if I need anything. They even say hi I will be there or something. What is going on this days. They look at the customer if we are going to asked for free food. 🙄🤦‍♀️

  This establishment is the worst. My order took over a half an hour to be prepared, and I got my food before other people waiting before me. The staff is extremely rude, and my food was disgusting...my patty was dry. Save yourself the time and sanity, go somewhere else for lunch
