    Ask for barbecue and sweet and sour and they only gave bbq when asking for sweet and sour at the window the girl at the drive thru argued with us that there wasnt any sauce in the order and refused to give any sweet and sour. She gave us one single sauce packet we ordered 40 nuggets. Plus our hot and spicy was not in the bag. Horrible customer service!

    I am only giving one star because I have to in order to leave a comment, otherwise this McDonald's does not deserve one. This evening around 10 pm I sent my teenage grandson with my $100 bill to McDonald's to purchase several ice cream cones. My grandson and his friend had made the order inside. When my grandson went to pay with my $100 bill , the employee that was around 20 is yrs old and wearing eye glasses with a black frame working at the front register , had accused my grandson of paying with a fake $100 bill. My grandson replied to him that it was not fake. So my grandson proceeded to pay with his own $20 bill , the employees accused him of paying with a fake $20 bill. Then my grandson took out his debit card to pay. The employee said ," You now have to go through the drive through " . So my grandson went to the drive through to order several ice cream cones. Now the employee that was taking the order says " we aren't serving ice cream cones. ....my grandson returned home and told me about the incident and I immediately called that McDonald's and asked to speak to the manager . I asked the young female that answered the phone what was the managers name , she stumbled on answering at first .I said who is the night manger for this evening shift. She then said his name and I asked her how is his name spelled. This person Gerargo came on the phone and didn't present his self as the manager. So I took it upon myself and asked if I was talking to Gerargo and asked if he was the manager . He said yes, so I explained to him what had happened when my grandson went inside McDonald's. After explaining it to him , I asked if he was aware of this happening, how my grandson was paying with the $100 bill and how the employee accused my grandson paying with a fake $100 and how my grandson tried paying with his own $20 bill and how the employee accused him again that the $20 was fake. Well the manger said he was not aware and that he will bring this attention to the employee. I said you really need to do this because that $100 is not fake and I was going to be contacting corporate office tomorrow about this stores harassment against my grandson. I asked for the name of the employee that was working that front counter, the manager Gerargo said I will not give you that information. I personally think this manager needs to be re-trained and also these employees that work there. This McDonald's in the past was a good place to go to, but these past 12 years have really gotten bad with their service and how the management just does not care about the company

    Everytime we go to this McDonald's they have us wait at the parking and they are not even busy! And my husband tried to ordered food and they got one item and said is there anything else and he said yes and tried ordering more but the person ignored him and he had to go all the way around and order the rest!

    Anytime I come to this mcdonald's, it's the worst experience.The manager is rude.The employees are rude.Nobody seems to want to work anymore.They just hand you the wrong bag of food and expect you to just continue on your way
