  Huge new King Soopers. Very well layed out and easy to navigate. The produce, meat, and deli are well designed. Plenty of helpful staff in all departments. In addition to plenty of registers and an overabundance of shopping carts. This is a roomy, state of the art store.

  Horrible store. They illegally ask you to produce a receipt after forcing you to use a self check out. Once you legally decline, their security teams harasses you, mocks you, and begins clapping their hands hysterically to create a scene.

  Heavy set Security guard asked me for receipt I told him it was in the self checkout machine that they contain plastics and I don’t touch them . He proceeded to tell me I didn’t look healthy anyway and that everything’s going to kill us anyway. I go to ask king soopers older guy working with grey ponytail for a Manager and he tells me good luck find one . I finally find assistant manager where she is high strung and I tell her the situation she defends employees and when I said you seem stressed too I’m not here to stress you out just tell the situation and she calms down and says everyone is stressed here. Sorry for the run on sentences but run away from giving this place business unless you want to be treated like you’re stealing and called unhealthy by security and told good luck find one when asking for a manager.

  What a disappointment! Kroger spent how much & had all the opportunity in the world to open a new KS flagship store & make it a Marketplace version & all they did was open another store??? Yes, it's big & roomy, but the day I visited they didn't even have KS frozen yogurt nor KS non flavored ground coffee, so I had to go to the Leetsdale store to finish my shopping... Won't be revisiting this store any time soon! 👎

  The new building looks beautiful from the outside. It’s modern, clean, and definitely makes a great first impression. Unfortunately, that excitement disappeared once I got to the produce section. It wasn’t just that a few organic items were missing. The entire organic section was very underwhelming, and overall there wasn’t much fresh produce available. The shelves looked sparse, and for a brand new flagship store, I expected a much better selection. With so many people choosing healthier and organic foods today, I thought a store of this size would really make that a priority. Instead, it felt like there just wasn’t enough variety or inventory to match the scale of the store. I hope this is only temporary because the building itself has so much potential.
