  Love the new store and location, walking there now. Wouldn’t typically review a grocery store, but felt I needed to in an attempt to offset the unfounded 1 star reviews. Are they checking receipts after checkout, yes. Is it a MINOR inconvenience, sure. Does it mean the store gets a 20/100 rating, absolutely not.

  Love the store. Only issue is getting customer service when trying to get laundry soap or make up. I rang bell 3 times waited 20 minutes. Went to customer service counter to get help and still nobody showed up. Another lady was waiting as well and we both finally left without our items needed. I say if your going to put stuff behind locked cases, have people to help us in a timely matter.

  I was excited to visit the new King Soopers. I Mistakenly bought an expired rotisserie chicken and spent the weekend regretting it. Just happy I didn't feed it to my family and I was the only one that got sick. I called and got passed to a manager who wouldn't speak to me but passed me on to the deli. The deli was struggling with the phone system so I was disconnected twice. After the third time attempting to speak with someone about this I left my information with "Mary" and asked to have a manager call me back. I never heard back. Watch out for the chicken!

  The store itself is excellent—large, clean, etc. But they clearly haven’t figured out stocking or staffing. Some shelves are just wiped clean of goods. The biggest frustration by far though is checking out at the store. Tons of lanes but virtually none of them are staffed, and the self check-out lanes have one person to manage 10 lanes. The self checkout lanes themselves are super buggy and prone to malfunction, leaving you waiting for 1 overworked staff member to help. I looked up while checking out and EVERY single self checkout lane was blinking, signaling that help was needed. I’ve gone in three times now, found what I wanted in less than 10 minutes, but then spent 20 minutes waiting to check out. Staff more lanes with ACTUAL PEOPLE.

  Mixed bag. I was so excited to visit this location on opening day - it’s now the closest grocery store to my home and I love grocery shopping! It is huge, bright, beautiful, and had everything I needed. Unfortunately there was a creeper in the produce section and the security guard on duty - who both I and a store employee alerted to his activity - was uninterested in doing anything about it. Posting this in hopes that other moms shopping with their kids can be advised that strangers making secret phone camera videos seems permissible at this store. Also in hopes that store management will do something to rectify it in the future.
