  Ordered Jimmy Johns through Uber Eats. There was a terrible miscommunication and NOT at the fault of J.J.s, Uber or myself even. I called this location immediately and Tyler resolved the issue at their cost. Totally will order from here again - they really do care about their customers and unforeseen circumstances. Thanks again Tyler for being so nice and considerate over the phone! Nancy Hoffman

  The guy at Jimmy John's gave me awesome customer service I even obtained his name his name was Garrett Russell. And he gave me phenomenal business he didn't question me he didn't argue he didn't fight he made me want to cry at the register a great person you need to give this man a raise he deserves a raise and his Google review needs to go to the corporate manager and the owner of Jimmy John's

  Every time I come I receive a hi and welcome from the employees. All of them are a great group of people, friendly, attentive, and hard working! The food is always fresh, delicious and tames my cravings! The place is super clean, bathrooms are always super clean. I come here during my lunch break and feel comfortable and safe and I have a food baby bump when I leave 😊 Yum, yum!!

  Terrible service before even walking in the door!!!! Had a city bike rented and by the time I got there I was getting rained on bad so I drove up I had to grab my phone that was soaked and take my headphones off. A guy came out saying to get away from the door being completely rude knowing well he just seen me drive up in the rain. I will never come back here guy is rude treating everyone like they are soliciting. Went next door and got a burrito thanks for nothing!
