I was the only customer to come in at that time. The two male employees there were just talking not even paying attention to anything else around them. I am standing at the register when one of the males said "what can I get for you?" No "hello, welcome in", nothing. I gave him my order which was a number 9 and he stopped and looked at me and said, "yeah, we don't have any bread big enough to make that sandwich". Didn't ask me if they could get me something else? I thought the customer service skills were lousy! That falls on the manager and the training that the employees are supposed to get. Do you guys ever go into your own stores to actually observe without them knowing who you are? Instead of collecting a check, maybe you should actually be a secret shopper so you can see how the stores are being ran, unless that doesn't matter to you. If that is the case, then congrats, because it shows!

I go through the drive thru all the time before work! Keith is the best 5 stars
I am so sad, I love Jimmy John's and I usually love their wheat bread, but the sandwich I just ordered had a totally different kind of wheat bread. It was dense and it was really small. I don't know if they ran out of their usual bread or if this is how they do it here in Colorado but the last time I ordered a sandwich from this same location in Colorado the bread was different, it was better before. I'm bummed because it was not cheap to get it delivered and I'm totally disappointed. The delivery went really smoothly and the delivery person was super sweet and great but oh my gosh that sandwich was disappointing. It tasted stale and I would love to know what happened to the old bread.

All Jimmy John’s locations should close for good no one knows how to make a decent sandwich. I ordered a simple ham and cheese and was told they don’t carry American cheese, like really how? I was then charged $10 for 3 round pieces of ham spread throughout the entire bread and 2 slices of provolone worse sandwich I’ve even seen in my life such a disappointment. I will never buy a sandwich here or at any other location.

My nephew and I get take out from this Jimmy John's store around once a week. I use the phone app for purchases, as it generates regular discounts that save me a considerable amount of money. The service is fast, the employees are friendly and helpful, and the food is always good. Most importantly, the subs I buy from JJ's have a lot less fat and calories than the usual burger and fries do. All in all it's a good choice if you want to eat healthy.
