  The workers are so rude with absolutely no hospitality. They would rather interact with each other and crack jokes va greeting customers properly. And the young girl has an attitude problem. I have a masters i. Hospitality i know very much so what I’m talking about. I cannot stand walking into a business and just stared at when I’m coming to spend money. Teach your staff the 5 steps of service!!!

  I walked in and ordered. The person taking the order. Asked if how I would like my sandwiches cut. They did not cut the sandwiches at all. I paid for whole pickles on the side. I did not receive any pickles. And my sandwiches will not cut at all.

  I was the only customer to come in at that time. The two male employees there were just talking not even paying attention to anything else around them. I am standing at the register when one of the males said "what can I get for you?" No "hello, welcome in", nothing. I gave him my order which was a number 9 and he stopped and looked at me and said, "yeah, we don't have any bread big enough to make that sandwich". Didn't ask me if they could get me something else? I thought the customer service skills were lousy! That falls on the manager and the training that the employees are supposed to get. Do you guys ever go into your own stores to actually observe without them knowing who you are? Instead of collecting a check, maybe you should actually be a secret shopper so you can see how the stores are being ran, unless that doesn't matter to you. If that is the case, then congrats, because it shows!
