    This location needs some major management. It took us 27 minutes to get 2 cold sandwiches. With only 1 person in front of us and making a DoorDash order of only 2 sandwiches. there were 3 employees working. I could make it faster than that. Not to mention one of the employees had their phone propped up and watching a tv show with an ear bud in while watching. Didn’t know you could watch tv on the job..explains the 27 minutes for 2 sandwiches. What happened to freaky fast, not a jimmy John’s. Worst I've ever experienced. I could’ve gone to Jersey Mikes down the street instead and got a warm sandwich faster.

    We stopped going to this location a couple of years ago after multiple issues—orders missing items without any notification, and delivery orders arriving incorrect. We recently decided to give them another try. The first order went smoothly, so we thought things had improved. Unfortunately, this latest experience proved otherwise. Our order was incorrect, and the bread was so stale it was completely inedible. We even took a video—you can literally hear how hard it is when we knock on it. When we called the store to report the issue, they offered a $10 credit toward a future order. No offer to remake the order, and no refund. For an order that cost nearly $30, offering a $10 credit for food we couldn’t even eat is unacceptable. Really disappointing to see the same issues still happening.

    752 p.m. March 28th the guys working there was so awesome I love going there they made my night I came in with a bad night but they made my night they should get a nice little raise makes me want to come back again
