I called them expecting to swing by again the next day and pick it up. BUT the amazing staff there...I wish I remembered his name, this guy literally explained why it looked different (recommends not toasting the lulu as it dehydrates everything immensely) AND offered to drive it to me despite the app telling me I was not in a delivery zone. AMAZING customer service. To the employee: if you are NOT the manager, I sincerely hope you receive great marks on your next review and a promotion/raise.
