- LLLyricaAug 9, 20261.0Two workers, one female one male, were extremely rude to me when I tried to knock to get the bread they give away every night at closing. The male just kept repeating himself saying that they were closed and when I finally yelled at him I understand that but that I needed to speak to someone else he just began to laugh out loud at me while he proceeded to demand I give him a cigarette. I've been going to this spot for a long time getting the bread they give away and have never had an issue until this time. It was very belittling, rude, disrespectful and unprofessional for these employees to treat me the way they did. They told me that I have no chance at getting them into any kind of trouble for their behavior considering I am a homeless person and that they are not and are employees of the business and wished me good luck before turning their backs at me and going about their business. Also it's the jimmy John's at union station....

- JSJack ShanahanAug 3, 20261.0Insanely low portions of meat in each sandwich I’ve gotten here, like a laughably small amount of meat on the chicken and bacon ranch, and the tuna sandwich. 90% lettuce. I love jimmy johns, but this one is by far the worst sandwich shop I’ve ever encountered.
