  I go to Jimmy John's often, (not this one), and it's always consistent and fine, but the service here was extra good tonight. Connor was super friendly and patient as I decided what I wanted, and made my sandwich with a smile. As I rushed to my train, he made sure to be efficient in getting me there on time and we joked about how it was just his job to do so. Thanks for the great sandwich and super stellar service, will have to stop in more often before I head home!

  Wasn't allowed a refill due to homeless people trying get sum pop instead of water they shut off the fountain machine

  I am in town working a big event and yesterday we had a screw up with our scheduled catering. I quick placed an order for four catering boxes at noon on a weekday. The restaurant called me right away and said they'd do their best to get it done but they were in their busy lunch rush. (Totally understandable) I asked if they could do two of the boxes then we would come back for the other two, they said yes. I sent someone to go get the food and this location was freaky fast. They ended up rocking out all four boxes in less time than I expected the two to be done. The boxes all looked amazing and didn't look like they were rushed at all. The next day we didn't have enough food from our scheduled catering so I placed an order for two boxes of sandwiches. Once again, they were freaky fast and saved the day! I cannot express how thankful I am to the team at this location. They are awesome. Didn't make me feel like a bother and gave my crew two awesome meals. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! You rock.

  Never had issues here before but don’t know what I did to redheaded Ryan today but he scolded me for patiently waiting for him to finish my pick up order and proceeded to inform I needed to tell him so he can hand it to me directly instead of him putting on the pickup counter when I said are you serious? He proceeded to scold me more and telling me he isn’t legally obligated to give me his name. Then gave in and told me anyway lol so if you want a sandwich at this location perhaps expect a tongue lashing too
