The lamb meal and seasoned rice are very good! Service is very good as well. But you want to avoid the hot weather visiting if you are temperature sensitive because the AC doesn’t work well.

This used to be one of my favorite places, and the food was great, but we visited recently and had not-so-good food. We ordered many different items, and nothing tasted good.

I do not recommend this establishment. I have been here many times over the years. Last night I was racially profiled. I walked in stood in front looking at the large menu above, another guy come in just after me, walked right up and stood next to me. The cashier acknowledged him only asked to guy if he was ready. The guy said no. The cashier watched me walk in. I stood there waiting to give my food order. The cashier was getting a take out order ready and gave it to someone outside, he then came back and proceeded to take the other person’s order as if I was not even there.
I decided right then that I was leaving, I will never go back. I have to add that they were both middle eastern descendants. The only conclusion I come to is they are racist. Makes you wonder what they’re doing to the food. I do not recommend Jerusalem restaurant.

We waited almost 40 minutes to be served while watching other customers walk in and out with their orders after coming in after us. The food is dry, not at all what was listed in the menu and does not taste good at all. I am very disappointed and I will never come back again. Only giving 1 star because it won't let me give zero.

I ordered food from Jerusalem for my lunch, and the experience was absolutely terrible.
I waited for my order, only to have it suddenly canceled at the last minute without any explanation. When I tried calling the restaurant, I was completely ignored. They would answer the phone, hear the reason for my call, and either hang up or sit in silence without helping at all.
There was absolutely no effort to resolve the situation or offer any kind of solution. No apology, no communication, nothing.
This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The restaurant clearly does not care about its customers.
Do not waste your time or money here. There are plenty of better places to order from that actually value their customers.
